edit.
your blend do not go?
Here's a little trick.
Most often it is because there is a "situation of non tangency" of contact on the edges. :)

Just some points.
1/ try drawing the 2d profile correctly.
2/ If there is a gap, then Acis should report it, such as "Gaps detected", "Stitching failed" or "Bad profile" (there are plenty of error messages to choose from)
3/ If the solid is produced, then the profile must of been automatically closed, so how can there still be a gap.
4/ I would of actually reported this as a bug for incorrectly created solid.
Just my 2 cents.

hello, this is not an opening in my profile, but a tangency absence.

A "break of contact" would describe a gap.

Even if I create a 2d profile similar to yours and make one of the line/circle connection non-tangent, the blend can still be created without extra editing.

Here is a quick example of adding a blend to a solid that has a non-tangent profile. Very easy, just select the face instead of the edge.

it's a good question.
In the case of a design process design is not necessarily vital.
but thank you for your demo

Looks like you just need to explore the options in VC/Shark more.
