I ordered the upgrade for Viacad 2D/3D from V9-V11 to V 12 for Mac yesterday and received my receipt/order confirmation straight away. However, I still haven't received the promised email containing the download link and serial key(if it has one). Sent an email querying this this morning, but haven't yet received a reply.

Is this sort of delay normal, or is there some problem? I'm conscious of the time difference between LA and Australia..
