How can I skin submitted profiles with one guided curve? ( all circles are perpendicular to the guided curve )

you have to use a combination of the one guide skin surface and the guided lofted side unless you have the centerline skin, which is a new command in beta. Not sure which command is the one guided curve you are referring to.

Also, I could not open the file with my commercial license since this was done in some educational license.

The Skin with Guide Curve requires the guide curve precisely touch each profile. Your example represents a centerline path.

Attached is a v11 CenterLine Skin using your curve and profiles.

Is the v11 CenterLine Skin Tool in the SharkCad Pro v.11 Beta?
Can't seem to find it.
