the current project is unusually dense and I'm wondering if SharkCAD Pro already has a solution that I haven't found/recognized. I'd like to build objects on a separate layer away from the congestion, move the object to its final location, AND then align it with an infinite plane already at the location. moving the object is NO problem with the "modify/transform/translate" tool. can anyone help me with how to align the object with the already existing infinite plane with one step/operation (ie: half a dozen gripper operations is a non-starter, there's just too many objects to be created, moved, & aligned)?? thanks

This really does my head in. When you use an infinite plane then select it its marked as a surface, yet with the magnet and assembly tool you can not snap to it suddenly is no longer a surface!

What I do in this situation is stick my plane in, pop a quick surface on it and then extrude it. I then use that as something you can snap too.

There is a few tools where you see the magnet in the tool bar drag that out and you have point to point, surface align (for screws) works really well and a couple of others.
Though I would say these are 3d constraints I've been told they are not, which is weird but we move on!

I guess this works with the "Align Faces" Tool but only for 1 single object, not for alot objects at the same time. "Select solid face to align" and "Select solid face to align with" for every object which should be aligned.
