What is the limitation of the Model to Sheet routine, I imported a 58mb step file - large assembly many parts, and I cannot get a model to sheet to work(polyline), It just leaves empty views,

I tried to copy and paste into a single draw view and its still blank after processing for awhile. Is this a memory issue?

I can copy say half the parts and paste into draw view or MtoS and its builds the views ok

You cannot save and reopen the file, it crashes every time, after importing a larger step file say ~50mb you can work with the file after import, but cannot save and reopen, is this a memory problem? Why would it need more memory to reopen the file that is saved in a native format?

Thanks

Can you monitor the max amount of memory used by the app with TaskManager?

This would help us figure out if its a memory limitation.
