I see that Shark has a Rhino import, but is there a way to export to 3DM?

There might not be any benefit to doing that.
Rhino seems to be good at importing several types of geometry files.
What would one gain by directly exporting a 3DM file? Are there parametric features, or history tree, or some other feature/technology/process that would be of great assistance to pass on from Shark to Rhino? I am just not aware of the benefit right now.

If we could export to Rhino retaining layers and part colours it would be a very great benefit to me. Like most people my models have many parts and layers and I am frequently going back and forth with Rhino.
Having Rhino 5 import & export would be great too. One of my clients is already using Rhino 5 even though its only in Beta at the moment.
