Is there a way to rotate the work plane by some angle, like 15?

The dialog that pops up when I select modify work plane requires a mathematician to manipulate.

Here's the interface I am used to. Maybe Tim and crew can use something similar.

Hi Mike,

The "modify work plane", you can input using the cursor snapping to construction lines or predefined snap angles, you do not need to enter numbers directly into the popup.

The 'c' key allows simple work plane cycling

Perhaps option + c (Ctrl c) could give a simple dialog with more help for choosing various orientations
