I'm having to authorize concepts3d again due to hardware changes, yet again ;)

Problem is the online authorization seems to be down, can't connect to the site :(

I think there is a limited number of installs, but Tim can add additional installs to your license if needed. Same thing happened to me.

Well, i changed the video card, sound card and a new HDD, fresh OS install, now i'm stuck.

I really prefer a dongle, much less hassle....

If you're using SP4 then it's probably because new authorisation site hasn't had existing client codes migrated to it. In the UK we've just been adding on a case by case basis until migration complete.

If this is the case either contact your reseller or distributor and ask them to add your serial number to new authorisation site.

If you have downloaded C3D SP4, then it will bring you over to the new registration URL.

If you are registering an older version, you will need to register manually using the new link below.

Your node id is displayed when you launch the program in the registration dialog box.

I was going to download the newer version but i had heard there was some problems with it, have they been fixed yet ?

As far as I know, the released SP4 build is better than SP3. SP4 is SP3 plus a new version of ACIS, several new tools, plus some safe bug fixes.

Bugs we are fixing now are going into Shark releases. We may do another Concepts SP5 build but not this year.

Still can't register, i downloaded SP4 build 667 from a link on this forum, this or SP3 won't register, email sent to punch support....
