Just found this via Architosh.

Looks good and exports DXF files as well as RealCADD files too :)

I don't see how attributes are added to geometry, though I have to assume it is possible. Have you tried the lite version? I may download it later and try it, but so far iPocket draw seems to limited to be useful (for me anyway).

No I haven't tried it, but RealCADD always reminded me of ViaCAD. I'm always on the look out for interesting 2D/3D apps on mobile devices, but nothings as good as a really big screen :)
