I'm often working with object that needs to have a fixed volume. This requires me to constantly check the volume of the shape I'm working with.

What I would like to have is an inspector window I can activate for an object that is not currently selected. This window should show properties like volume and other relevant stuff. If as an example I change the profile I revolved into this particular object I would be able to constantly verify that I'm within the target volume.
