I am creating a custom palette. I dropped the icon in the wrong place. Is there any way to move the icon to the right place? Is there any way to remove the wrong icon?

here with viacad pro 10 on mac I can simply drop a different icon to that "wrong" place and override it, but can't remove icons
viacad pro 10 powerpackpro, viacad pro 9 german, mac
