I am using ViaCadPro 12, with a desktop with a graphics card. Saves are quick. Before I got the compatible Graphics Card, saves and autosaves took a long time. Sam

>>Any ideas as to what is the issue ? The File Write command is primarily driven by size of file and disk access/speed. Some benchmarks I once did showed getting a SSD provided me with the most improvement for read and writing of files. You might also try turning on compact files. Turning off compact files removes saving of the display list data to the file. >>V11 is supposed to be multi threading Some parts of PunchCAD are multi-threaded but saving native files is not. Tim
