Hi
I just bought a copy of Viacad Pro 14 for the Mac. I am looking for the large material library that was touted in the features but all I can find is a small set of materials in the Render Library. Are there more?
How do I get the latest version of ViaCAD Pro 14? Tim is showing a demo with Build 1639, but I have Build 1635, and Update Version says "No updates found".
http://www.csi-concepts....s/v14/V14RenderVideo.mp4 I guess I don't understand the render engine either. No matter what I try, this is the best render I can get... See first photo
What I am looking to achieve is something like this (done with a 3rd party rendering program). Is there anything I can do in Viacad Pro 14 that'll get me close? see 2nd photo
I've already read the documentation here... it doesn't help! And the documentation doesn't match the actual software!!!
http://docs.imsidesign.c...Rendering/Rendering.html Can someone tell me what the name of the render engine is in Viacad Pro 14?
Thanks,
Mike...

Hi Mike,
The name of the render engine is Luxcorerender
https://luxcorerender.org You can download a newer WIP build from here:
http://masterviacad.com/beta/beta.php I run build 1641, and I think it is the most recent build.
kind regards
Danny
