Hello,
I was wondering how long it normally takes to get the email with the download link. I purchased ViaCad9 pro upgrade yesterday evening, I've got the paypal recite. But no confirmation from punchcad.com or download email yet.

You should get almost right away. Maybe email filter is blocking?

Hi Jason,
no, I checked the spam folder etc. I also do not get an email when trying to reset the password for my punchcad.com account. I'm using firefox 27.0.1 on osx 10.9.2

I also tried to reset my punchcad.com password with Windows 7 IE9 to get contact with customer support. No Luck.

maybe you fat-fingered the email going on the purchase? if you have PayPal receipt then simply call support, they handle things like this very quickly.
