hello,

The settings in SharkFX perspective views are in my opinion a hell ...
see my different post on this subject:

http://forum.punchcad.com/showt...28&highlight=perspective

-------

I throw a little "contest" on the subject: the perspective SharkFX.

Situation:
I am an interior designer and I'd like to create views inside of my design projects.

Goal:
find the best way to generate a perspective view in the 3D model.

Data:
point of view of the user: (red characters)
point referred: the table

Challenge:
create a view inside the 3D space without cutting the front wall!

for the openGL mode and rendering mode.

thank you for your ideas and participation. :):)

It's impossible Antoine - perspective is not very good - particularly for interior set-ups

You are a cruel tease !

The only solution:
export as .obj
Import to external renderer of Your choice.
Render, done!

There is so much wrong with the perspective settings I don't even know were to begin!
Maybe Version 7 will bring some improvement?

hello all,

thank you for your test.

Strange from a company such as Punch, selling software that says do architecture ... and could not get inside his models ...

without comment.

Please Punch, do not put more tools typed architecture: walls, windows, etc. If you can not give us the possibility of "visiting" our architectural designs inside ...:eek:

Avoid also advertising for a product supposedly also architecture, but which offers too little benefit, even basic restrictions.

It's because Punch is essentially an architectural visualisation company (for the masses- not necessarily the professionals).

Antoine is quite correct, anyway we have SketchUp for architecture! VC and SU work really well together- so please fix VC's perspective bug! :D
