how to draw a normal at the end of a spline? hot to draw a tangent line starting precisely at the end of a spline? which snap to use? thanks G.

Hi giulioandrea, That's an easy one : Select your spline, show control points (command-D, or object info panel), Use the end vector points to draw a tangent line (change length & direction if necessary). Draw a perp to this tangent if you want a normal;) Have fun ! JL

I actually hoped to find a more cursor based technique. But in the end it's the result that matters. Thanks a lot for your help! Ciao G.
