I am running shark lt on Windows 8 64 bit system. When I drag a tool bar on the screen or pull one from the tool directory I get a flashing rectangle the size of the tool bar and then it stops flashing and locates its self where the mouse is pointing. Anybody know if this is a windows 8 issue of maybe64 bit?
