ViaCAD imports IGES surfaces, but won't shell them directly. Exported as a .sat, then reimported, it will shell. Can it be done directly without having to translate and import/export? Murray

What options did you set when importing? Or did you stitch inside ViaCAD? If so again what options did you use? All the best Nick

Problem resolved, thanks, Nick. Thickening, not shelling, does work directly on an IGES surface. Newbie yips, y'see? Murray
