I don't know about you folks, but after firing up VC, I always reach for Extrude solid as opposed to lathe solid after drawing my profiles. Is there a preference or reason for the default extrude tool to be lathe solid, or is it just there to satisfy the 60 second goblet demo?

Same goes for the 'centre point circle'- that should also be first, rather than the 'opposite point circle'. The latter should follow the former, then the 'circle 1 point' tool :)
