That was by far the most straight-forward tutorial on bolt-development i've seen thus far. Such a simple part, but modeling the thread was what always got me confused.

Awesome! Thank you Tim. I must go through ALL of these tutorials... Woops, once you 'model to sheet' is there a way to go back? ie: go back to the model?

^ yes the sheet is transported on to a new/different layer, and all your other layers are kind of hidden or not in view. Use the Concept Explorer to find the "Sheet View 1" layer at the bottom of the list and click the other layers on/off from there. bye

Tim, That rocks. It was the best example I have ever seen of how to build a bolt and do it in a fashion that is very usable. Now to have fun with VCv8 and trying it out. Michael
