It occured to me today whilst using the Tape Measure tool, how much clearer Tooltips are when compared to the usual snap text that comes up which highlights things like endpoint, midpoint and intersect etc, (see pic). From what I understand, it's not easy to get the same background colours and transparency on the Windows platform as it is on the Mac for this function and I wondered if Tooltips might do the job instead... But I know nothing about programming though:D
