Rank: Junior Member Joined: 1/28/2012(UTC) Posts: 23		I found I have to drag in a very rapid motion. If I drag slowly, the pallets won't move. It's annoying because it's different than any other app that I use with similar functionality. I no longer try to lock them to the edges.
