Hi,

I have just got a new Mac and I wanted to re-install ViaCad Pro 9 which I purchased, but I cannot find a way to log into my account anywhere to enable to download a new installer. Can someone please point out how I get to the software installers?

Hi Emil

If you don't have the original installer or download insurance I would recommend contacting Encore Tech support and provide a copy of your invoice. They should be able to get you a link to an installer plus a new serial number.

It is a link to the software that never dies. Something Encore sells when you purchase from their online store. If you contact Encore support with your invoice, they should be able to get you a current download link.
