On the PunchCAD-Sites i can't find a solution. I wrote 2 emails to to the 24h/7d support (ha,ha) from Encore. No answeres yet. I am now waiting for a solution since 3 days and can't work on my project. Please help! greetings Stefan

I've actually tried an email before as well, in my early ViaCad days and never got a respond to that. So try the above, if you haven't done so.

Greetings Stefan edit... got a mail from encore! I should keep open den activation window and send the verification code to encore. After i received the activation code, I paste it in and can close the window. So I think, my computer must run for 2-3 days, till i get the code.
