Shark LT is at Version 9 and will be bumped to Version 10 in March.

A couple of features of Shark over ViaCAD
--EULA allows installs PC and/or MAC on multiple machines (desktop, home, work, laptop)
--GD&T,MarkUp
--Precise Hidden Line (vs Polyline)

A couple of features of ViaCAD Pro over Shark
--newer build with 3D PDF export, updated kernel,SketchUp 2016,multithreading,etc
--lower cost

You may want to download each and trial to determine what is best for your situation.

Model to Sheet in ViaCAD generates hidden lines from facets. So the 2D hidden line drawing is made up of lines and polylines. In some cases I look at the face creating the lines and reconstruct a circle.

Model to Sheet In Shark licenses the Precise Hidden Line component from CATIA. Hidden curves are created from NURBS. Hidden curves are made up of precise lines, arcs, splines, circles, and ellipses.
