Hi

OK, now i have done it, as i think the V9 never get an new update...

I made a payed update (150$) at punch for my update from V9 to V10.

My problem is, in the mail after my purchase there are only a link to download a V10_b1309 but no installation key????

1)
Why no installation key? How to install the new V10 without any key?

2)
Why a old 1309 link?

You need to hit the register. It will bring you to the web site where you fill in a form and it generates a authorization code.

Encore has a newer build in QA. Once it passes, you will be able to access via the Help menu.
