HI, I am trying to design an addition and for the sake of the material take off I need to show the existing concrete foundation but can not seem to figure out how to change the wall from studs to concrete. My drawing shows studs -8" below grade framing in my basement walls. Im not sure why any basement wall would be rendered in wood?
