Question: Suppose I am doing mulitple cutsheets for a customer in one of my drawings, and I want to put the customers name in the title block. How would I do this? Do I go to the template file that the model to sheet tool pulls from and put the customer's name into the template file or obviously I could manually type in the customers name on each and every cutsheet, or is there an easier way? I am using ViaCAD 2d/3d v9. Thanks, Sam

Sam Create one sheet template and save it as a symbol and you can pull it in as many times as needed. Or create a custom model to sheet template and use that when generating the model to sheet. Regards Jason

In addition to Jason's suggestions you can use the File : Properties command to set: Title Subject Company The template will then autofill the following text fields <Company> =Company <Project> = Title <Description> = Subject Tim

It is my hope that <Author> and <Manager > will also be extracted from the File:Properties in a future ViaCAD/SharkCAD version (if this is possible?) kind regards Danny
