It's unavoidable. Usually it is the duty of the moderator to clean up the forum. I suspect that the owners of the forum are not able to review the forum daily.
This forum is not big. I do not think it would be a lot of work.

In this case, I do not see any problems. The forum is small. Sometimes during the week there are no new posts. If the administrator is once a day to remove junk and ban spammers, then this will be enough for now. I think.

Again. Forum is an important component of promotion. Nice and lively forum is a sign of a successful and developing software.

Below is the screenshot of the punchsoftware forum. It does not look convincing. I would not spend money for such software. It was an example. ;)
