Step Export split a Circle into 2 Half Circles and Iges creating from a Circle 4 Quad Circles. This confusing me a little bit and i don't know what is better for CNC Laser Cutting.

From my experience with CAM requirements, as long as you're still getting arcs and not splines, it shouldn't matter that they are being broken up into quadrants. Splines tend to muck things up. Arcs seem fine. I hope this helps.
