inserting text into a drawing, I've reached the place/condition that text no longer appears in the text window for editing when the text is selected. see attached image. where do I find the text character limit AND how is it increased?? didn't see in preferences or under "help".

How is the text imported? I've just tried a basic 3 lines ( file - import - text) and mine works fine. Brought in the text, and each line is separate. Shows up in inspector and the text box across the top. But ViaCAD uses a \P to move down a line, maybe something to do with that? Maybe it can't figure out what to do with it, depending on how you are bringing it in?

text is being typed in using \P for carriage return/line feed

Are you doing a file - import- text? Or typing it using the text option in Viacad?
