Tim and Todd
Installed Shark FX v10 Build, upgraded to High Sierra and now I'm caught in re-registration loop.
Keep getting asked for registration, now it won’t accept this Auth Code and when I try to re-register online it says I've timed out.
Oh and the email link in the registration form
[email protected] is no bueno...
What's the story guys?

Hi Brian The most common issue is the online form has old data in it from your browser cache. Try hitting refresh. Tim

Hi Tim, thanks for the prompt reply. Tried your suggestion in both Safari and Chrome, but to no avail.

Another issue could be that you have been given an invalid authorization code. If you use Autofill in any of the fields of the online registration form, depending on your browser, the Node ID field can be changed and when you submit the form, it will create an invalid authorization code. Fill in the form without using autofill to be sure you receive the proper corresponding authorization code.
