Hello there.. could someone pls take a quick look at the attached Sharkcad 10 file.

All it is is an extruded rectangle with a rectangle hole punched out of it. The rectangle cutout has a blended edge on all four corners.

I tried using Constant Blend Radial and Constant Blend Elliptical.

BUT.. when I make a draw view out of it, AND use PRECISE CURVES, the radiused edges are shown not as one smooth curve, but TWO.

How can i make the draw view show one smooth curve as it ought to be.

Additional Comments:
Circles are a full measurable circle.

Radius is made up from two arcs.

Ideally the radius rectangle box should be selectable as one polyline.

Please help.

Just try using the Fillet Two Lines tool.
Seems to work on the rectangle that I copied.

Thanks Larry I tried this and it works; couple questions... are you suggesting its better that I fillet the rectangle corners BEFORE I cut-out the profile from my solid?

As in, is it more "correct modeling" to do so?

Furthermore, do you know if there is a way to edit the fillet radius afterward? It won't allow me to change the radius. Seems to only work with a Blend operation.

The file you provided was 2D. If creating 3D use the Blend Tool after Extruding,
and I think you can edit the Blend.
If using the outline to cut out part of a solid, someone else might be able to
help, I haven't tried to do that yet.

Sorry I think I turned off the layers that had 3d. They should be on there still.

The only way I can modify with the 2d profile is to just delete the radiused corners and re-fillet. So there is indeed a workaround! Easy enough.

The Deep Select Tool will allow you to select each radius and edit it.
