Hi all.
There is something wrong with importing .ply files from Artec Studio to Shark. The process takes ages, really stresses the laptop with periodic freezes. At the same time, .obj and .stl files are loaded normally. Can't figure out what's the matter...
My specs are i5-10300H, 16GB ram, 1650 Ti, Win10.
What steps can I perform to fix the problem?
I would appreciate any help greatly.

I find that if I have a large stl converting it to ply normally loads it better. Talking a few hundred Meg file.
But on the other hand I've had ply files load and nothing displayed. Gave up asking for a reason why to be honest.
