When exporting a SVG to use with vinyl cutting program, it is 1/2 size. Figuring the vinyl program might be the issues, I tried Inskape and it exports correct size.

All programs set to inches for units.

Edit: Adobe Illustrator seems to work correctly.

Yep svg is no good. I never figured it out, but importing and exporting it just messed up the scale. They never fixed it by the sounds of things
