When I import an iges file from another program, then import another one into the first, ViaCad crashes.

I have also been having import issues with STEP files, where it shows an import and gives me the option to undo it, but there is no object visible.

Im using Window 7 and build 936.
Also - I used the check object function and both items come up with zero errors.

Any thoughts?

Can you email me the files such that I can try and repeat?

Thank you

Tim,
Sorry for late reply. I posted this too long ago to remember what my original issue was, BUT I have been having major import issues recently.

It seems that I cannot even import a Viacad file without problems. In the latest video (sorry for poor quality) I imported a file that I made yesterday, and when it was done it changed my working layer to another one, then when I tried to select and move the group of objects (not 'grouped') it would only let me move some of them, even though they were all highlighted.

Then it came up with multiple error messages saying "Unable to rebuild features from clues..."

I then closed Viacad, re-opened it and the file I was working on, and only went to change layers and got the same error message. I didnt do anything else.

This is becoming unusable...
Unfortunately I am having issues with the links to the video...

This post references my other post in the solid modeling section.
