I cannot figure out why, after stitching together 5 surfaces (2 or 3 of which might be "dubious" or have wonky non-flatness, non-fairness) generate extraneous or distorted, scaled-flattened-like curves that I cannot get rid of and which seem to be more than a mere nuissance.
