Creating & keeping new pen styles in the Inspector (#3351)

I created a new set of pen styles in the inspector. Closed VC, opened a new file, went to use my new pen styles again and they have vanished. I tried saving a part and they are retained. Are pen styles only saved with the part file? I guess I could save a blank part with the new pen styles and then open it up like some kind of template before I start work. Is there a better way to keep my new pen styles so they are available each time I start up VC? Or have I stumbled upon the only way to save them already?

Hi Go3D, I think I asked this question not too long ago, and was told that the pen styles are saved within the one file only. Easy solution: just open the file you created the styles in and any new file you open during your program session will reflect the same styles. I have found that even if I close the style-file, they don't disappear in the other. HTH.

hello, or save your file ----> Startup.dat in your sharkFX folder. Antoine
