I can cut rubber, pumice, steel, mud or grass.
The convenient hatchings are available in the dialog.

The problem is : if I design a plastic egg, it won't hatch...

While we are on the topic of hatching, are we ever going to have hatching visible in a detal view of a section?

Or hatching that auto-scales to the parts size so that its never to dense, or invisible because its too big.

Or hatching that that can be copied when you copy the rest of a view with copy and paste.

Or hatching default spacing in metric (today it is one inch for thr metric people).
Or hatching default angle other than "0".
Or hatching settings staying memorized (today it goes back to default every time).
Or ... add your lines to the cross hatching.

OK so we are looking for a way to set default hatch settings upon startup like you can with pen styles and views? Also a Option for Auto-scaling of cross hatch?

I think this option would cover almost all the hatching requests.

I think we should be talking of creation and saving of custom hatch styles.
