Mesh addition - Net Surface - Quads (#5145)

Being able to draw curves to form a lattice and generate an all quad mesh from those curves, would be a great addition for modelling hard surface objects like Aircraft, Cars, vacuum cleaners etc I would envision that the user could dial in the amount of mesh segments in the N and M directions.
