DWG export problems - looks wierd (#4414)

hi, please take a look at my attached screenshot that shows how my centerlines are displayed when exported to DWG (ACAD 2011).
As you can see, the lines are not symmetrical like they are in Shark. Is this an export issue or is it a line style problem?
Also is there a way to make the dims display correctly? The other attached image shows how it comes out angled when I export a DWG.
Btw I put this under Display because I wasn't sure if it was an Export problem or Display.
