The Naga is an Intravascular Sterilization Device designed by Chris Sikora using ViaCAD 2D/3D. The device is an alternative solution to intravenous nutrition used to kill bacteria. The design was inspired by complications Chris's son experienced fighting cancer. The ViaCAD model was read into Shark FX to create the attached photo realistic image.

That is inspiring. It's great that Chris' son was able to beat the disease, and that his experience can help others through his father's skills. We all like to think that we'd be like Lorenzo Odone's parents, able to move heaven and earth to spare our childrens' suffering, but few of us have the skills to do it. Congratulations, Chris! There's a fabulous exposure for Punch! consumer CAD, too, although Chris' skill shows that, like Lance Armstrong said, "It's not about the bike!"
