Last week I called Encore to order an upgrade from SharkFX v7 to v8.
I noticed, over the weekend, that my account had been charged.
I never received a link to download the new version, nor did I receive a new serial number or anything else from them.
I have since called 3 times and left a message.
I received a call back, but my iPhone garbled the last part of the conversation and had to hang up.
The last 2 messages and email to sales have gone unanswered.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

All good now. The 3 Day weekend didn't help.
Cell phone call quality can be blamed for many things, and
this is one of those times.
So, all the information I needed I now have.
SharkFX is installed and running.
