Anybody else having problems? I was using v8 on this machine and it was running sweet as can be even though it is a 32 bit program on a 64 bit platform!

I am now losing workplane indication in the workplane menu, stays ticked on top even though workplane has been changed.
Pallets are glued to the corners and sides and cannot be moved for love nor money.
Inspector pallet disappeared and when I got it back it does not show active on program restart.
Model to sheet dialog box saying that, model can be viewed by using layers, comes back even though do not show again was ticked.
A number of other things I have yet to pin down.

I found the problem with the locked pallets, when they are locked to the side and you move them up and down you can just click and hold and move them normally.
However if they get locked into the corners or you want to get them off the side you have to really jerk that mouse, they will not come off if I just move the mouse at normal speed.
