I just purchased a used computer with a INTEL(R) 82945G EXPRESS CHIPSET FAMILY. .I went to download viacad to the computer and it downloaded and set up the shortcut on my desktop but when I goto open VIACAD I get an error message saying the EXE is not compatible? My computer has some sort of integrated video card and VIACAD requires a 3d class video/graphics card. Would this be the reason why? My Computer is a DELL DIMENSION 5150. Would getting a new 3d class video/graphics card fix this problem?

Hello Did you install the program or just download it? Right click on the installer file and make sure it's not being blocked from installing because it was downloaded. Or maybe your security software is blocking the install. If it's installed ... What version of ViaCAD did you install? Is your computer windows 7 or 8 ? Is it 64 bit or 32 bit ? Regards Jason
Windows 11, 10
