Installed Cad on new system, entered serial number and it says invalid serial number.

How do I re-install on to my new computer. Can I just move the program from one to the other. I did the install with the original disk.

What product (ViaCAD 2D, ViaCAD 2D3D, ViaCAD Pro, Shark LT, Shark FX) and what OS (Mac 10.3, Win 7,...) version?

You should be able to install from the original disk unless it was an old build installing on a new OS. You might need to contact Encore tech support with this issue.

Please let us know the outcome of this. I may find myself upgrading
computer soon as well and would like to know what to expect in terms of
re-installing from the original disk.
