I have not had any registration or authorization code "stick" for months (Todd just gives me a new one) and now I cannot get anyone on the phone to get my software working again. How can I get registration information to get working? I have been trying to call for 3 hours and have left messages.

Hello Art

Private email me if you do not hear back from tech support. Usually if it does not "stick" because the registration file has different permissions.

Todd is on vacation this week, so Encore has a back up replacing him this week.
