When i´, drawing e.g. a cylinder in top view, i don´t see the edges in isometric or front view. Only in shaded view i see the whole object.
same with cone e.g.

i don´t know what i´m doing wrong.

did you check display preferences and in menu view -> shade options?

Try turning on Update Silhouettes in the View: Shade Options dialog box.

Since a Silhouette is view dependent, it will need to recalculate for every view change which can be a performance loss.
