Hi, I am looking for a computer that will be able to run ViaCAD and was wondering if integrated graphics (Intel GMA 4500) would be sufficient enough to run the program? Thank you for your thoughts! Kyle

Hi Kyle
We do not recommend integrated graphics. Not long ago tech support insisted Encore change their min requirements to exclude integrated graphics.
Below is an example low cost configuration we recently purchased for tech support to support Windows 10.

• CPU: recent intel Core i5/i7 (high-clocked) • GPU: dedicated nVidia GeForce GTX series • RAM: 8+ GB a SSD as system medium is nice too (Samsung 850 Evo/Pro).

Thank you for the support! I am looking into an HP elitebook that will meet the graphic dedicated requirements.

Would an AMD Radeon graphics card be sufficient? Or do I need a nVidia?

Would a nVidia Geforce GT card be sufficient? I am trying hard to find the cheapest notebook that will get the job done. :)
