Retired, but worked for many years with CAD. Finishing a large project with Punch software and suddenly can rotate about factory Z only.

Is this unique to the file or with any file?

If it is unique to the file, does it repeat after you reload the file from a app relaunch? If so, would it be possible for me to get access to the file and debug?
